Martin Verses Zimmerman
In limited cases citizens, attorneys, and judges, understructure agree that a few rightfulness enforcements actions towards handling round situations arent to the system that is required. One in particular situation that seemed to be a very controversial issue and even disperse across the nation was the Martin verses Zimmerman case.
Trayvon Martin, a young 17 twelvemonth old teenager, was returning home from a convenient stash away entering the sm solely gated community, located in Sanford, Florida, when the guard of the nearness watch at the time fell into suspicion. The 28 category old guard, named George Zimmerman, presumed to follow the teenager in his SUV. In concern Martin placed his hoodie up and stayed on the phone with his girlfriend. Zimmerman contacted 911 and moments later spear the young boy.
The Martin verses Zimmerman case was not only flashed in the media across the country but created protest and marches due to Zimmerman not existence held into custody right after the incident.

It was also state in time of the tourist court that, Chief Billy lee failed to investigate for more evidence against Zimmerman, supposedly due to his treacherously claims of being attacked that he held up all the way until the court proved otherwise, he wasnt taken into custody. Lee ignored all signs and turned the investigation into a civil rights investigation.
