Juan Fernandez Hamline University School of Business MBA Introduction Multi heathen accepts create an important bridge amongst individuals that can be extended into various aspects of life. The purpose of this objectify is to seek out social interactions which enable cross cultural exchange as a tool to promote circumnavigate interaction with those of different cultural backgrounds. I have an upcoming personality type, thus I enjoyed choosing the multicultural events. I center on three multicultural events in the twin cities not only to gain bare-assed experiences, but also new insights to develop my cultural intelligence. In order to find a culturally diverse event to fulfill my goals, I establish an agenda for the project. I then chose three events which I entangle would give me the best insight into a multicultural come up to interpersonal interactions. In order to complete the final grant of the project, I decided to interview classmates from the English school in perfection Paul that I used to attend it. initially I, along with other MBA classmates, attended the Hmong market in Saint Paul. I had little have a go at itledge about Hmong culture, so this experience was enriching. Secondly, I decided to go to Red Bull: Crashed frost in Saint Paul.

This event involved more than 10 different countries including Germany, Canada, Netherlands and US. It was an incredible experience. Thirdly I had the opportunity to reproof the Nobel Prize Forum coordinated by University of Minnesota and Augsburg College in Minneapolis. This turned out to be the some relevant event. The main goal was to invite F.W De Klerk, the former president of South Africa and clean Prize laureate. I considered this event to be one of the most important events I have ever been to.
