Edgar Allan Poes life was filled with many tragedies which heavily influenced his close to popular work from the Gothic genre. It all began at the advanced(a) age of two, when Edgars bring died of tuberculosis, causing himself and his brother and baby to be orphaned. The three children were split apart, and Edgar was taken into the boost house of John Allan and Frances Keeling Valentine Allan. After Virginias death he got engaged to a childhood friend, and was set to join prior to taking a trip to New York urban center to visit some friends. However, Poe never made it and disappeared for five days beforehand his dying body was found in machine gunners hall in Baltimore.
