My grandfather first opened The Broadway Cafe in 1952 and it was a local hotspot for umteen years. Unfortunately, business has been steadily declining over the last five years. Although my grandfather was an expert at running the coffee shop, it is outdated.

Supplier power: The Café has been to the highest degree likely using the same suppliers for all of the years that they have been in business and they have probably built a good working knowledge of their suppliers cost and methods. The café needs to go out and look for other suppliers as this will give them a better understanding and they magnate be able to find their products at a better price. The Café could go and bid on a supplier as well with a reverse auction. This way the suppliers will crowd for The Broadway Cafés business and they would be able to choose whom they would want to be supplying the company.
