In order to help me monitor my progress with my ghostlike health, I need to create a finish up book. I feel that I have so many unanswered questions and the only way to find out about those questions is petition people about them. People that are educated in the subject and keister explain it to me in a way that I will understand.



For that, I needed to create a contact book with many people. I need to set about off with one person or research and if they cant help or if I dont understand what they are saying, then I can unbiased ask for a referral. I will add to my contact book as I go along.

Also, since I get the best question at the most random times, I will carry a journal with me at exclusively times to help me jot down my feeling, thoughts and questions. That way, when I do come upon a person or research I like, I can easily write it down. And if I do ever meet that one person that can help me, then Ill have everything down on paper.
